Thursdays 2pm to 3pm Baby Yoga

For babies aged 6 weeks to 9 months and their carers. No need to book – just drop in!

A baby focused class using a mix of massage and gentle movements, accompanied with songs and rhymes to make the class more interactive.
Each session incorporates Gentle movements & simple exercises to stretch and strengthen baby’s hips and legs. Massage to the stomach to help ease digestion. Fun rhymes, songs and games that you can practice at home. Builds confidence and enhances bonding Most of all baby yoga is total enjoyment, Is there anything practical that families should know about before they attend? No yoga experience needed
